Ah, Schlitz, a pretty good beer at one time. By the late 60s the longtime brewmaster had retired and it slowly went down hill as management took various shortcuts to reduce costs. By the mid-70s it was just more American horse swill.
IIRC, Schlitz was one of the last major brewers to migrate from steel to aluminum cans.
