Capitalism that is too big to fail is fascist whether in enterprise or government. The size of government is not the issue. The issue is that both too big to fail capitalism and marxism lead to a police state, period. Both are the enemy for free humans.

Let me offer a new take on jurisprudenct for “capitalists” of the aristocratic variety- if your gambling jones destroys the retirement fund of over 100 people, you get a “capital” punishment. If you and I were somehow in reciept of a 50 million dollar “bonus”, I’m sure we could find something more useful to use it for than a yacht or an arabian horse breeding ranch. You or I would probably endow a university or create a scholarship fund for young geniuses.

Capitalism is neutral, like a gun. It’s people that make Capitalism good or bad. There is good capitalism, there is bad capitalism, there is no such thing as good Communism or good Fascism.
