America bobs & weaves between terrible, so-called “leaders” like Carter and Obama and so-so Republicans. For some reason the cream does not rise to the top of America's national bottle of milk. Instead, scum rises. Then we get to choose between mediocrity and bad leaders. Take your pick. I never thought there would be a train wreck like Carter again.
