Do you live near an Aldis? They have 85% dark chocolate that tastes minimally sweet. At a lo-price. Or....buy some unsweetened bakers chocolate. Chip it. Pour a little black strap molasses over it and eat. Optimally you can melt the bakers ch. in a small pyrex put in a pan simmering water. Add a little blackstrap to turn the chocolate to more palatable. Simmer with a few raisins and nuts or sunflower seeds.

Milk chocolate is for children. Too sweet

I like your idea about the baking chocolate and black strap molasses, but for 0 sugar, melt the chocolate with xylitol - cheap in the health food store - to your taste. Don’t use too much, it can give you the runs, but only if you consume large quantities. I’ve never had it happen because I’ve been cautious with it for that reason. Add your dried cherries, cranberries, raisins, sunflower seeds and nuts. I make it sometimes. Delicious. Kind of like a dark chocolate Chunky bar.

That's what I buy - and just keep a little bowl handy for snacking.

Sometimes put cayenne pepper in my hot chocolate - ala Mayans. But don't do hot chocolate often - when I do, I use organic whole milk and xylitol or stevia for sweetener - and a dash of salt, a splash of pure vanilla (I make) and blob of organic butter (I make my butter from organic whole milk - in my NINJA blender - easiest ever.)
