It was a sad parting, because I made some wonderful friends on that site.

BUT...I had been lurking on FR for years and signed up just before the Tea party movement started. And I am SO glad I did!

Glad you are here. I have an objection to the word “friend” as it pertains to the Internet. How can one be a “friend” to someone he has never seen and whose real name is not known?

In college I talked to someone over the phone numerous times for reasons unimportant. The girl had the sexiest voice and I was convinced I wanted to see her, take her out and marry her. I finally got to see her. The voice was beautiful, but she was a heifer, weighing over 250 pounds and looked like, well, to put it bluntly, someone you don't want your mother to see. Just a small point, no need to reply and glad you are here FRiend.
