No they don't! Most people's ancestors came to this country after slavery was done away with and there aren't enough descendants of those who did, to intermarry with those folks whose ancestors came after the end of the Civil War!

Keep in mind, most ethnic groups, kept pretty much to themselves ( re intermarriage ), for quite some time.

You’re just wrong. Most people in this country have some lines that come from slave holders.

You make a good point. Most of our ancestors came here after slavery was abolished.

The blacks have ancestors who were here before slavery was abolished and many of them - including thousands of blacks - were slave owners.
