I doubt that. I'm sure that the bill allows liar IBM to hire whomever they please, and ultimately to have the anti-discrimination policy that it chooses.

IBM is not subject to American hiring laws in Europe. So when they are casting the net for new consultants, they can openly state “men under 40” when they advertise over there for positions here.
