When I say a few years back I mean about 10 years ago this happened. I believe Wal-Mart got rid of in store meat cutters and most of the beef,pork, & chicken comes from a processing plant in Arkansas. Don't buy that pillow pack ground beef and roasts.

LOL yeah we buy boxed and canned stuff at WM and meat and vegetables at a local place. Also meat from Costco if we’re doing a big crew like family Christmas, Easter, or summer party. When you’re retired, you have time to double shop.
