My aunt was the manager of Target. She said she had to shut down the Target in North Minneapolis (Ghetto) because the shoplifting was so great.
I wonder where these are located.

That happened to a large number of grocery stores in bad areas of town. It’s the reason for “food deserts”.

I loved when that happened. Racially sensitive Target was forced to decide between cold hard cash or serving the affluent neighborhoods in the north side.

Peanuts. In Rochester, NY, they (the usual suspects) shut down two entire malls due to theft, violence, etc.
And they're earnestly working on number three.
