Right. But what major corporation turns down profits and adds huge shut-down and start-up expenses without good reason? I am curious as to the reason.

Why can’t they be forthcoming?
They don’t have to be, but they are making it worse when the plumbing excuse doesn’t hold water(pun sort of intended). It only attracts more unwanted attention.
