I've been a regular lurker and browser on FR since c.2001 when I was working full-time and some golf buddies turned me on to this site. I finally signed up as a member in 2012 after I retired and had open heart surgery and had much more time to spend on the computer. I support the site with a monthly contribution. I've been a conservative since I was in the Air Force in the early 70s. I was a registered Republican and voted Republican from 1972 until I registered as an independent in 2004. I have never voted for any democRAT candidates or supported any of their policies, state or federal. But I don't believe in not voting.

I like Ted Cruz a lot and would vote for Sarah Palin if she ever ran for office again. My Cruz-Palin comment was made tongue-in-cheek because I know Palin won't be in the race. That seemed to really bother you. Why, I don't know. But if Cruz is not the candidate, I would vote for anybody but a democRAT. Life is about choices. I would make that choice.

You, on the other hand, belittle people like myself who are willing to speak their mind but ironically, you never say who you would vote for. Why is that? Who is your candidate? Do they exist? Do they have an actual name? And, if so, how does your support of them differ from my choice?

To get attacked by people like you who don't know shit about me must be embarrassing for you. You sound like you have an inflated view of your own self-importance. Somebody who thinks they are in charge but are nothing more that a bully. Sticking you foot in your mouth is not attractive. Best to know what you're talking about before wasting your ammo.
