I really like the old Moody Blues and cannot believe they are not in the Rock and Roll HOF.

Posted before with no link. Free Bird, Lynyrd Skynyrd 1977 original band before the plane crash. I saw their 2nd to last show in Lakeland, FL in 1977.

A nightingale is in the lyrics. Dietrich Fischer-Dieskau and Elizabeth Schwarzkopf with George Szell conducting the London Symphony Orchestra. This song is quoted extensively in his First Symphony.
