I read the references, and they don't say what you claim they say. The fifth amendment still works, even when under Congressional inquiry.

Congress can lock you up in their own jail for refusing to testify, regardless of what you testimony might reveal. So How exactly does your 5th amendment privilege protect you in front of CONGRESS?? It Doesn’t, it is a classic catch 22
