I got caught in a heavy snow storm, on July 4th, at Fort Drumm, NY. Does that count?

I got caught in a heavy snow storm, on July 4th, at Fort Drumm, NY. Does that count? We had a brief snow squall on Mount Desert Island (Bar Harbor, ME) on a 4th of July in the early/mid 90's...fireworks that night in Bangor were detonating in a low cloud deck...a real eerie experience.

July 4? I don’t know. It could be an “early” snow for the coming fall.
In the West, it can snow in any month, if your elevation is high enough. I have seen deep snow drifts in Utah in July, but we were up at 10,000 feet.
