I was thinking the same things. I can’t imagine these two princesses riding in a van. Huma, in particular, looks really high maintenance.

Those busses are government paid for, owned and equipped for use by senior government officials.
Hillary stopped being such after she resigned as SecState. She gets to provide her own transport up to the point where she wins the election.
She can certainly afford it.
Something interesting that I read elsewhere: if Hillary is physiologically screwed up from that fall, or stroke, or whatever had her out of commission for that time and had her wearing to specialty double-vision glasses there might be issues with her spending a lot of time in the air. Particularly the kind of repeated air cabin pressurization cycles using a jet for multi-stop campaign swings would require.
