Then that's called dereliction of duty. He DID take an oath when he was elected... right? We don't need a 'lawyer' sitting in the oval office, we already HAVE the Attorney General... "O" is supposed to LEAD and he doesn't comprehend that.

I think he’s more guilty of contradiction of duty than dereliction. 0bama knows what he’s doing and he’s doing it with purpose.
