I think this is all staged to make Hillary seem like an ordinary person getting lunch.... Lots of red flags in this story.
How did the story get out?
How did the Manager know if was Hillary if no one recognized her?
Is it Chipoltes policy to release video of its customers?
According to the manager no secret service agents present, how did he know none were present.?

If Hillary staged this, then she is stupid. The image this incident conveys is bad, and consistent with the worst public perception of her.

I agree with you guys; I smell something staged. Nothing happens off script, and the SS doesn’t allow a candidate to go into a public place without checking it out first. No way the staff “didn’t know.” And the patrons had to have been checked out, to the extent there were any.
