Maybe; the image may not be what they thought it would be; but I still think they were trying to make her look more like the average citizen. It may backfire; but I just don't think the “smartest woman” does anything that isn't scripted or staged.

I mean; why would she even go into the restaurant? Why not send in a staffer to place the order? Supposedly, they took the meal back to the van. And do you think this “Van” was traveling without any other vehicles? Pulling into the parking lot should have created a stir.... Maybe I am just cynical; but I don't trust her or her motives...
