“My heart says Cruz, but I think Walker has the best chance of winning. That’s just my $0.02.”

I agree. My heart and ideology are most aligned with Cruz, but for me, Walker comes in a VERY close second. Scott Walker is the most electorally battle-tested of all the candidates. He’s been through wars against the left, and has emerged victorious every time, and along the way has amassed a formidable record as governor.

Both Walker and Cruz are plenty deft enough to avoid traps set by the “media.” The journos thought they’d ensnared Walker a couple times early on, but it came to nothing. Both men are outstanding communicators who don’t need a podium for anything other than a place to set their water from time to time, and I’ve never seen either use a teleprompter. I’d be quite happy with either one as nominee.

Scott Walker has NO CHANCE of winning.
He and all the rest of the "PRO-AMNESTY" SELL OUTS to the "ESTABLISHMENT REPUBLICANS", can't muster votes from the BASE.

LOSERS !

Right on target.

I would add Rubio. His speech yesterday and the one that he made the night he was elected to the Senate provide a compelling autobiography and a vision of the future we should seek to offer to the nation. He makes no bones about Hillary being worn out and devoid of ideas. He offers what those who were once called Reagan Democrats long for. Whether he is nominated for anything or not, UI want him on the campaign trail full time campaigning to the constituencies he has chosen. Likewise Rand Paul who is not likely to ever be my choice but who also reaches out to new constituencies where most Republicans fear to tread.

In any event, let us choose one candidate before the delegate selection begins and see to it that all the conservative candidates understand and accept the strategy of uniting behind one conservative. Then we move as one like Patton against the Reich.

I learned a lot today about Scott Walker from an article at Red State.

Walker has denied conceal carry in State buildings, contradicting state law.

Walker is known for taking on unions. but he only targeted unions that didn’t support his election. Campaign Contributors like the Public Safety Unions who contributed to him got a Pass.

He supported the Right to Work law during the election campaign, then tried to strongarm GOP legislators into dropping it before signing it into law once it was passed over his objection.

He opposed Defunding Obamacare and bypassed the legislature to implement it.

He is currently backing away from Pro-LIfe Bills on their way to his desk.

He has not supported Traditional Marriage and his administration has elected to recognize gay marriages going all the way back to June.

Walker flip flopped on ethanol, unlike Cruz who faced the citizens of Iowa and made his case for his position.

Walker is soft on Common Core and pushed a bill through that maintained most of it before it was known what was in the bill.

Best known is that he was for a Path to Ctizenship before he was against it.

Scott Walker is hardly the sterling candidate he has been made out to be.
