As much as I admire this Judge, without consequences to this criminal behavior, there is no remedy provided for We the People... mostly having become We the Sheeple.

Read the entire article. He is gathering the information he needs, not going off half-cocked. That’s known as ‘judicial temperament.’ A good lawyer/judge tends to get all his facts gathered before running off with charges.

The attorneys who lied in his court, and who led them in lying, whether in TX, DC, or elsewhere, will ultimately face ethics charges that could very well lead to disbarment. Most would consider that a very serious consequence for their unethical behavior. In turn, that could lead to criminal charge, depending on the evidence gathered.
