That is NOT Ambassador Stevens. That picture has been around since before 2009 and the Brits revealed it as a CIA torture. It can easily be verified by putting the ‘cattle prod’ picture into TinEye and seeing many of the sites that posted it from years ago.
This ‘way back machine’ site says the cattle prod torture was by the Argentines.
