I for one am glad he is getting in to the race. He has a great American story that needs to be told. He might also make a very good President. Definitely a solid VP pick because he can probably carry Florida. For sure the party wants him in the mix just for such reasons. Please start slamming Hill ASAP!

Giving up that Senate seat is a very bad move. He is young enough to stay in and try to repair some of the damage he has done to his record and run for President later on. Now he will never have another chance, but be relegating himself to being a Once Ran Has Been.

...a great American story to tell

You mean the one about his parents escaping from Castro's Cuba, that story?

The one that turned out to be a lie, his parents having left before Castro took over. The story he quietly retracted on his web sites. Kind of stealing the valor of those who actually risked their lives to escape.

I for one am glad he is getting in to the race. He has a great American story that needs to be told.

You mean all the tall tales he spun about his father fleeing Castro's Cuba, when in fact he immigrated years before the Revolution? It is indeed a great American story, just not a true one. I suppose that makes it a great American tall tale.

With the exception of Jeb, Rubio is the loudest pro-amnesty voice in the GOP field. They both deserve to be slammed for it.

If it is a close election and the electors of the Vice Presidential candidate have to go to someone else from a different state, it is conceivable that the Vice Presidential candidate might not make it to 270 electoral votes.
If no candidate for Vice President has a majority of the total (538) votes, the Senate, with each Senator having one vote, chooses the Vice President.

Don't you love how self-appointed media experts get to pick our candidates for us? Rubio will probably get fewer votes than either Cruz or Paul, but they're the ones who are "fringe" because...well, because the MSM says so.

Rubio should list Cuba as his home and Jeb can list Mexico has his home. Then let someone legitimate run.

Many people will mistake his rallies for Tommy Hilfiger outlet sales.

He's in bed with Romney....going after the Mormon vote. Before his family moved he had been Baptized a Mormon. After the move they returned to the Catholic faith. Probably a pay back for supporting Romney in his former run.

Cruz, Paul, Rubio and Walker — are the perfect counter to been-there-done-that candidates like Jeb and Hillary.

Yes...and they’re all being very well played .
