The Israeli’s demonstrated that they can “Work around” the system in Syria. We also most likely have a work-around for it.

But do the Saudi’s and Egyptians have a work-around for it?

I don’t think there was S-300 in Syria after 1980s.
I think Cyprus/Greece, South Korea and China are only nations who got it outside of former Soviet bloc. Germany took over East German units after unification, USAF bought one from Russia in 1990s to evaluate during MIM-104 development but it hasn’t entered service in either Germany or US.
