If she is able to live only it for a week why not? The way you budgeted it you probably get fat for this money:)
You don’t get fat what happens is one week you get a bag of potatoes that will last two or three weeks.(etc) that allows one to occasionally get meat.
Paltrow has NEVER had to budget for ANYTHING. You don’t buy pricey vegetables when ordinary ones will do just fine
