So, the first word in the headline, “Everyday” prompted me to this.

I took the Liberty to re-write the lyrics for this years model.

“Everyday I Re-Write The Book”

Don’t tell me I don’t know what Power is
When I’m old enough to be your Mother
You won’t find strange hands in “my” sweater
When my first haul, turned out to be a Sleaze Ball
My aim for your submission will now take two or three editions
And I am “telling” you not to look
Everyday, everyday, everyday I Re-write the book

Chapter One baking cookies was just not fun
Chapter Two I thought I finally sold you
You said you’d stand by me, and my, Presidency
But I accepted the “Fix” in Chapters Four, Five and Six

And I am “telling” you not to look
Everyday, everyday, everyday I Re-write the book

The way I balk
The way I talk, and Twist you around, and laugh
In four or five paragraphs
All my emails and collecting funds in the dark
Were deleted from my server without leaving a mark

And I am “telling” you not to look
Everyday, everyday, everyday I Re-write the book

I’ll tell you it makes no difference
Between a Protest and jihadi fighters
With my ego and my team of writers
In My perfect world, I’m the only one that’s equal
And I’d still own the film rights and be working on the sequel

And I am “telling” you not to look
Everyday, everyday, everyday I Re-write the book
