Good outside the box point, plausible. But do you really think
the people who got them into college are smart enough be
able to think of “a ploy to try to get them to forego children for a few more years.” As for the “can do little more than file.” Who only hires the truly unemployable?
The government.
The people who devised this are trying to give these young people a reason not to go straight to the dole as their high school years wind down; they must convince them they can live better with a skill and a job, then set about trying to force companies to give them the latter (if the government won’t) regardless of the former.
Speaking from experience, in a better economy we’ve been forced to hire the “unemployable” because there were no other candidates; many lack skills but can be trained to do something productive. There is no doubt in my mind that unskilled workers (of which blacks make up a disproportionately large percentage) are being hurt the worst by the open borders policy; I see whole departments that had a number of blacks in the past are now 100% Hispanic.
