on the female side; the women are too busy with careers, climbing the corporation ladder, they can jet off to the tropics, and have all the sex they want....on the male side, they are unmotivated; can have all the sex they want, no need to get married, the other issue is money, can't have a hot car and holidays in the south and expect to buy a home...
