No. The guy who was shot at the service station. He was shot when he complied with the officer’s demand to see his driver’s license. And the other one may have happened in North Carolina, I don’t remember. He had to use a cane to walk. When pulled over, he reached in the bed of his truck to get his cane and was shot. neither of these were resisting, both were shot. Neither were killed, but it was not from lack of effort by the officers. And while we are on a somewhat friendly basis, I do not advocate or advise anyone to resist the police and that includes running from them. It is a game you are not going to win.
