Peshawar, Mother of the killed police constable Touseef Mohammad has less mental health and become a patient, whiles his father, Retired Mohabat Khan also become a heart patients because they didn’t get justice in court. 23 years old Touseef Mohammad was on duty on eighteen February 2012 near Tarnab area of Peshawar G.T road , Touseef & his colleague Mohammad Umair whose also constable of Police were on duty at bike, according to the record of the Rider ( Police ) submitted in Police post Tarujaba , Peshawar. At 12.48 am the few drunken persons sitting in a car, started firing on Touseef Mohammad and Mohammad Umair, due to firing Mohammad Umair got injured, the bullet hit him on foot and he trying to reached the road side check post near Tarnab. That time the car driver hit the police bike. In the result of that Touseef Mohammad was killed on spot while Mohammad Umair got injured of gunshot, later they were shifted to lady reading hospital Peshawar for treatment. After the death of the Touseef Mohammad police department forget the services of the young constable and gave only 8 thousand rupees without a pension. Touseef Mohammad worked as constable for four years with the police department, but the department didn’t include the name of Touseef Mohammad in Shuhada Package, (embraced package,) which is announced for the government official especially for the police officers. Local police registered the First Investigation Report, but they registered weak section against the accused persons, in the police report section 279 and 320 section registered also the firing on Mohammad Umair was not mention in the FIR. (See section Punishment) Section 279 of Pakistan Penal Code-PPC | Rash driving or riding on a public way:
Whoever drives any vehicle, or rides, on any public way in a manner so rash or negligent as to endanger human life, or to be likely to cause hurt or injury to any other person, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to 91[two years] 91 or with fine which may extend to 92[three thousand rupees] 92, or with both. Section 320 of Pakistan Penal Code-PPC | Punishment for qatl-i-khata by rash or negligent driving:
Whoever commits qatl-ikhata by rash or negligent driving shall, having regard to the facts and circumstances the case, in addition to diyat, be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to ten years According the police officer of the area, who doesn’t want to show his identity, that when we reached lady reading hospital Peshawar, first police wrote the ( Marasla ) Report of Incident, but the accused person meet with DSP and then all things changed , according to him if police registered the section 353 & 7ATA section, then the accused persons punished, but they registered the weak points because the top official took money from the accused party. Section 353 of Pakistan Penal Code-PPC | Assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty:

After brutal murder of the elder son Retired officer Mohabat Khan became heart patient and his mother is now Alzimer patient. The mother of embracing police constable said that on 18 February 2012 we were planning form an engagement of our son , but that day police brought my son dead body at home. She blamed that police took the money from the accused person; because they have money and rich person even court didn’t do justice with us. She said that in current situation, how people will recruit their children in police, if police official sell the blood of their own department constable, they didn’t give justice, then how community can believe on police officials. The brother of Touseef Ahmed, who also recruits as Constable in the police said that I can’t say a single word, because I am a government employee, but still inquiry is an ongoing process and we hope that someday the government recognize the services of my late brother. The interesting fact is that the police didn’t give the package to the Touseef Ahmed and compensation of embracing police constable link below (http://kppolice.gov.pk/PoliceWelfare/) the reason is only because of wrong investigation and corrupt practice in the police department.
