Founders only have to exist at the initiation of the foundation. After the initiation they can (1) die, (2) disown their initial role, or (3) reorganize and add, let’s say, Chelsea’s baby in H!’s former position. Ya, that’s the ticket! Let the grandchild take the fall for these sins of the grandmother.
