I agree. Our local Dollar Tree has Nature’s Own 12 Grain bread for a dollar a loaf, Ramen comes in 5 packs for a dollar, great frozen waffles and pancakes and frozen link sausage, both 6 for a dollar . Throw in a dollar package of processed cheese, some cans of soup for $.79 each and you have grilled cheese and soup. You can make it on less than $29 if you really need to. Plus you can even spend a dollar on Ginger Snap cookies made right here in Abilene, Texas, for dessert.
My sister is a single mom and has started shopping at these Dollar stores.She says she saves a lot of money on groceries that way.
