People on food stamps buy steaks and lobster - most don’t even need the extra handout but take it. Like the recent guy said when taking food stamps and didn’t need it, who am I to judge this system?

People on food stamps also have access to food banks/food pantries. They get staples there, and then use SNAP for what the food pantry didn't have in stock. Like steak.

My wife volunteers at a food bank. There’s no means testing. They give food to anybody who shows up.
