“At least a sizeable minority of normal males would like to have sex with children … Normal males are aroused by children.” Most males are attracted to 15-17 y/o girls - when the male is 15-18. As for males who are still attracted to 15-17 y/o girls (or younger!!!) when they are in their 30s and older, Samuel Colt had a solution to that problem.
