Totally agree. NYC #1 followed by Boston, LA, SF, Seattle. It’s impossible to not see this coming and NOBODY is laying it out clearly in public. I’m surprised the NORKs or PAKs haven’t sold a weapon yet — maybe they are still too unreliable or too large.
Unfortunately that’s why using a ship is attractive. The device is installed in a compartment during a yard visit unknown to the owner and crew. At some point the vessel will take on cargo for NYC. Before that time, the ship may go any where in the world. Once it reaches NYC it moves into the Hudson and the bomb is detonated.
No one will see it coming.
