I can’t figure out what happened to Shirley Temple. She seemed like such a happy girl but later she seemed kind of sour.

Shirley Temple was just one of those child stars who never made the transition to being an adult star.

That said, she remarried into a prominent California family and Shirley Temple Black lived a long and happy life, occasionally dabbling in politics and entertainment.
