The guy running could have stopped turned and fired
So the running guy is dead because he RAN AWAY.
If he didn’t run,he’d still be alive.
I don’t like or trust cops, but I certainly wouldn’t run from one, because he might shoot me in the back.
In NYC in my youth I had cops draw guns on me on 3 separate occasions.
I’m alive because I didn’t make any sudden moves and complied with instructions
And no, I’m not a criminal and I don’t have a police record.
The running guy is dead because the police officer shot an unarmed man who was no threat to the officer himself or anyone in the area. Fleeing has nothing to do with it. If fleeing from the police is a capital offense then why didn't the cop start shooting at him the moment he ran from his car?
