I merely pointed out that “the social value” of the decedent compares favorably with “the social value” of the police officer who murdered him.

You are free to comment on anyone you chose but you are not free to make a comparison that was not made by the initial commentator. The family is suing for Wrongful Death but Wrongful death measures the value of the decedent’s support. There was no support. Of course we will be treated to claims that he just turned his life around and had been accepted into Harvard’s Medical school and that he liked puppies.
