BACKSTORY The Clinton Foundation Initially Suggested That The $31.3 Million Contribution Listed On Its Tax Return Did Not Come From A Single Donor. Then changed its story, that, It had, in fact, Come From A Single Source, But Clinton officials Declined To Identify It.

NY TIMES REPORT --- The $31.3 million donation to the Clinton Foundation, which was previously undisclosed, came from the Radcliffe Foundation run by Frank Giustra, a Canadian who has made millions financing mining deals around the world.

Mr. Giustra has become a member of Mr. Clinton's inner circle, joining him on global trips and lending him the use of his private MD-87 jet.

For weeks, Clinton Foundation officials had suggested that the $31.3 million contribution listed on its tax return did not come from a single donor. They then said it came from a single source, but declined to identify it.

On Wednesday afternoon, a representative of Mr. Giustra contacted The NY Times and acknowledged the Radcliffe contribution." ####

The check recipient takes a cut then deposits the bulk in a numbered offshore bank account for the check-writer's use later.

Back in the Clintons' presidential days, they bagged millions in kickbacks from the Chi/Coms for Loral Space technology---technology transfers paid for by American taxpayers.

There's also the $350 Million the Chinese government gave the tax-exempt Clinton Foundation" for "favors" Mr. Clinton performed for the Chinese (ala technology transfer)..... that's quite a pile of illicit money.

ABC-TV reports on suspicious visas being fast-tracked -- and the role top Democrat, Harry Reid, played. Officials overseeing a federal program that offers an immigration short-cut to wealthy foreign investors have ignored pointed warnings from federal agents and approved visas for some immigrants suspected of having committed fraud, money laundering, and even one applicant with alleged ties to a child porn website, an ABC News investigation has found.

The shortcomings prompted DHS concerns that the boutique immigration program would be exploited by terrorists, according to internal documents obtained by ABC News.

“It is shocking,” said Sen. Charles Grassley, an Iowa Republican. “Particularly when you have F.B.I. and other law enforcement agencies that are saying national security could be compromised or is being compromised -- that's enough for us to be concerned.”

Five different Homeland Security whistleblowers spoke with ABC News about a range of cases where visas were approved despite numerous red flags. They said objections were often ignored because the immigration program is so popular within the Obama Administration and with members of Congress from both parties.

(1) Harry Reid's son Rory is in business w/ the Chi/Coms on a multi-billion dollar solar energy project; Cliven Bundy and his land are standing in the way.

(2) Reports say Bill Clinton recently went to China to panhandle for his tax-exempt "Clinton Global Initiative" foundation.

(3) The "Clinton Global Initiative" (NOT KNOWN for giving out US grants)---gave Harry Reid's granddaughter a grant for her Brooklyn theatre (what is the Brooklyn theatre's connection to "global initiatives?")

(4) A Nevada energy company also gave Reid's granddaughter's theatre group a grant.

Besides the "jewelry company" financed by her grandfather, Ryan Elisabeth Reid runs the Sprat Theater Company, a small theater in Brooklyn, which is also coming under scrutiny. According to Sprat’s Theatre Company Web site, it has received grants/contributions from:

<><> two major Las Vegas foundations: Caesar’s Foundation, and the NV Energy Foundation.

NOTE NV Energy Foundation---is a non-profit division of NV Energy (a public utility). The NV Energy utility is a subsidiary of MidAmerican Energy Holdings Company which took over in 2013....and is now owned by a Warren Buffet unit.

BTW, here's Harry w/ his grand-daughter....the one who got $31,000 in laundered campaign funds for her "jewelry company" and grants from Clinton and Nevada energy foundations.
