Hey, any ideas on using dried peas, beans and stuff in an electric pressure cooker? We have a ham bone and some meat left over from Easter.
I’m thinking of using chicken stock, the ham, and some dried peas and stuff..including barley...tossing it in the pressures cooker along with some fresh/frozen veggies.
Found a couple of recipes online...one looks good ...don’t want to make for and army. That’s how I usually cook and there’s too much waste.
I also end up with too much liquid in my pressure cooker most tines.
