What about the ruined lives from homosexuality? What about the tortured souls dealing (silently or not) with the guilt and self-detesting that living with these unnatural same sex attractions has caused?
What about the stories of homosexuals who commit suicide over a relationship gone bad or because they’re so guilty about their lusts that they can’t take it anymore?
It happens, Mr. Obama. And now you want ban a possible avenue of help and relief for them. How very less than loving (AHEM!) of you.
Many, many homosexuals were raped as youngsters. Other child victims stay heterosexual but were raped by male predators.
It is reprehensible that society is being cowed into silence at great risk to young children who cannot fight back. The Boy Scouts is the prime target, but summer camps and especially boarding schools, hold great risk for vulnerable children.
