They are even more afraid of finding the “queer” gene. Think what gene therapy or gene testing during pregnancy could cause .... yes, a shortage of queers!!!!
This is a sin problem not a gene problem, and sin predates conception. It’ll never happen.
Yes, they have quite a dilemma on their hands there don't they. If researchers identify the "gay gene," possibly millions of parents will demand prenatal testing and maybe abort the baby that tests positive. Their numbers would dwindle to the vanishing point, and with it their political leverage.
On the other hand, it would be of immeasurable aid to their case that they "are born that way" and so deserving of protection under the law.
Note that the dilemma springs from the essential dishonesty of their position. They are pushing a political agenda under the cover of "civil rights."
