The decedent drove there to lead the cop to the guy with the camera, hoping to get evidence for some kind of abuse lawsuit. Things went sideways and he ended up getting killed.
Did not go at all according to his plan -- but there will be a lawsuit anyway.

I looked at the video again and the cop could have easily run the guy down in the time it took him to draw his pistol and fire. Unbelieveable!
