It was all routine and a normal police shooting, for the first couple of days, and then the video came in.

I'd really like to know the sequence of events/chronology taken by the police dept after the shooting.

SOP is usually to put the officer on paid administrative leave while an official investigation is conducted. The accusation of "continued lies" would indicate that something other than that took place.

At first it was normal, the cop was put on administrative leave and the shooting would be looked into and found to be justified.....and then the video came in on Monday.
