You don’t pay taxes on gifts.

If a single individual gifts in excess of $14,000 then the donor is responsible for the tax.

And their tax on this is important to you, for what reason?

Would think they’ll get a deduct for donating it onward.

I think its great they decided to pass it all onto others.
