I suppose it depends on what kind of bombs he's talking about.
I can think of a type of bomb which would completely take care of Iran in very short order (possible as short as one day).

The flight,time of a silo and/or sub launched Mirv Icbm is fairly short. Go neutron bomb if the real estate is important.
