High treason at worst (or best), high crimes and misdemeanors at best (or worst).
If there was any sensitive material at anytime passed through her server, and she signed the legal documents agreeing you will not put any sensitive materials on anything not certified by super duper high tech US servers. Then yes, she can be put in prison. For the rest of her life. Possibly even executed if she willingly gave materials away.
I wonder what would happen to a Pres or SoS if they were convicted of high treason.
We now wait for the media and congress to do something about this. . . Will the conservatives in the house and senate step up to the plate? Will anyone confront this? Are we in such a full blown tyranny that no one will even talk about this? One more week and she supposedly announces. . . Arghh. . .
