Since I've always been in the 98th percentile, I don't have a dog in that fight.

However, there are ditches that have to be dug, lawns mowed, motel beds made. I'd recruit PHDs and MAs in Art History, Psychology, Racial History, Poli Sci, Journalism. These have no other useful function in society, and have borrowed and spent 6 figure student loans, demonstrating a profound inability to understand the capitalist system.
