No, she can be sued for Libel because slander includes ‘unfair accusations which result in loss of business or damage to business’ or something along those lines in oral form while libel is damage or harm via written form
Memories pizza definitely has a case here, and they should use the gofund money to hire a lawyer to sue CBS and this ‘woman to the max to send a clear message that CBS’s hate is NOT ok
