The problem with training 75,000 solar workers lies in the utter uselessness of their labor. Solar power costs more than it's value. Solar power REDUCES wealth, it does not create wealth. The more solar power that is generated, the worse the economy becomes. No real businessman in his right mind would make such a decision.

I have a Republican friend in Arizona who's black, who I played golf with weekly before I moved to Florida. He emailed me requesting that I not send my negative images of Obama to him because he respected the president and the office of the presidency and we should give him a chance.
Well, lo and behold, a short while after the 2012 elections, he called me on the phone and said that he was wrong by giving Obama the benefit of the doubt and that the man respected the office of the presidency even less than he himself, as a citizen, did. He did not come out and say it directly, but implied that he was embarrassed that he had put so much stock in Obama because he was black and not enough in his socialist policies. He said he eventually realized that black had nothing to do with why he now hated Obama but that losing his good paying job because of Obama's economic policies and ObamaCare was the last straw.
He's back on my email list and will be voting Republican in the next election again.

Obama’s step two will be upp’ing the fed incentives and more free fed money for construction.

An installer: Carpenters and Electricians already do this job
Panel builder: An automated plant is the only way to be profitable in this business. The less people the better.
Semi fab worker: They need less people than panel builders.

Actually it’s quite simple. When you need your roof shingles replaced (20-25 years), you remove the solar panels and then re-attach them to the new roof. Ideally, you would want to coordinate getting your solar panels at the same time as your new roof. After 20-25 years, there will likely be more efficient solar panels to put on anyhow.
And if your house catches on fire, the fire department cannot help you because of the dangerous solar panels on your roof.
