The Russians have it all over us for Easter thanks to the great Russian Orthodox musical tradition. You'll hear some of their hymns quoted here.

A few years ago when I did a complete retrospective of Rachmaninov’s music over the period of several months, I posted both the Liturgy and the Vespers.
